Dr. Kuldeep Singh Chauhan received his B.Sc. in Microbiology from Delhi University (New Delhi) and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi). He then joined National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi, India to pursue his Ph.D. work. His doctoral work was on Understanding the transcriptional gene regulation of CD8α+ Dendritic Cell development. Kuldeep joined Khader lab in 2020 as Postdoc Research Scholar. His current work is focused on understanding the role of innate immune response in providing the protection against Mtb during early stages of infection.
